These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of MassiveAttitude.com and any purchase you make from Massive Attitude (MassiveAttitude.com), a DBA of Practical Objects, LLC, a Texas company ("Massive Attitude", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our products
We sell witty t-shirts, hoodies, mugs and gifts. Every item is printed on demand and made to order by our production partners, Printify and Tapstitch. Colors on screen can vary slightly from the finished product, and small variations in print placement are normal for made-to-order goods.
2. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a price or description is wrong, or we suspect fraud.
3. Prices, payment and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link) or PayPal. Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Texas addresses; shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Cancellations
Because items are made to order, you can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing orders@massiveattitude.com. After that, production may already have started and we may not be able to cancel.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns, reprints and refunds in our Returns & Refunds policy. Both are part of these Terms.
If you sign up for text messages, our Mobile Terms of Service also apply.
6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. If you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, that provider's terms also apply to the sign-in.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, text, logos and images on this site belong to Massive Attitude or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell our designs without written permission. Buying a product gives you the item, not the rights to the design.
8. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no fraud, scraping, interfering with security, or using the site for anything unlawful.
9. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows, except for any warranty described in our Returns & Refunds policy or required by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
