Every Massive Attitude item is made just for you, so it goes through a short production step before it ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
How long it takes
- Production: typically 2–5 business days after you order.
- Transit: about 3–7 business days within the US.
Those are typical times, not guarantees. Holidays, peak seasons and carrier delays can add a few days.
Shipping costs
Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Multiple packages
We work with more than one production partner (Printify and Tapstitch). If your order contains items from different partners, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. That's normal, and you won't pay extra for it.
Tracking
When your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email, and you can also see it in your account under order history.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address. If you spot a mistake, email orders@massiveattitude.com within 2 hours of ordering. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
Lost or late packages
If tracking shows no movement for a while or your package says delivered but you can't find it, email orders@massiveattitude.com. We handle lost packages case by case with our partners and carriers.
Sales tax
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Texas.
