Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Massive Attitude (MassiveAttitude.com), a DBA of Practical Objects, LLC, a Texas company ("Massive Attitude", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares your information when you visit or buy from MassiveAttitude.com. Short version: we collect what we need to make and ship your order, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.

Information we collect

  • Account and order details: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give one), order history and messages you send us.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link) and PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number; we receive limited details such as payment status, card brand and last four digits.
  • Social sign-in: if you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook (and, in the future, Apple), we receive your name, email address and the provider's profile ID for your account. We do not receive your password or post anything on your behalf.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, and cookies needed to run the shop (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use it

  • To process, make and deliver your order, and to send order and shipping updates.
  • To provide customer support and handle returns or reprints.
  • To run, secure and improve the store, and to prevent fraud.
  • To send marketing emails only if you sign up; you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Our products are printed on demand, so we share the details needed to fulfil your order with service providers acting on our behalf:

  • Production and fulfilment partners: Printify and Tapstitch (and their print and shipping partners) receive your name, shipping address and the items ordered.
  • Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal.
  • Shipping carriers that deliver your package.
  • Sign-in providers: Google, Facebook and Apple, only if you choose to use them.
  • Marketing providers: Klaviyo sends our marketing emails and runs signup forms and onsite tracking, and Meta (Meta Pixel) measures our ads, both only with your consent or newsletter signup. With your marketing consent, we may share hashed (encrypted) contact details, such as your email, name, phone, city, state, ZIP, country and customer ID, with Meta to match site activity for ad measurement and audiences. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in every email.
  • Analytics provider: Google (Google Analytics 4) measures how visitors use our site and which products are viewed, added to cart and purchased, only after you accept analytics or marketing cookies. It uses cookies and collects pseudonymous data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and order details (order number, value and items).   • Hosting and email providers that run our website and mailbox.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for the purposes above and for tax and accounting requirements (generally up to seven years). Account information is kept until you delete your account or ask us to delete it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), you may have the right to:

  • know and access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information;
  • get a portable copy of your information;
  • opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising or profiling (we don't do these);
  • not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email orders@massiveattitude.com. We will verify your request (usually by confirming it from the email address on your account) and respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line; if you are still unhappy, you may contact your state attorney general.

Deleting your data (including social sign-in data)

To delete your account and personal data, including any data received through Google, Facebook or Apple sign-in, email orders@massiveattitude.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the email address on your account. We will delete or anonymize your information within 30 days and confirm by email. We may keep limited order records where the law requires (for example, tax records). You can also remove Massive Attitude's access from your Google or Facebook account settings at any time.

Security

The site uses HTTPS encryption, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.

If you sign up for text messages, our SMS marketing program is covered by our Mobile Terms of Service. We only send marketing texts if you tick the optional text-message box at checkout (it is never pre-ticked and is not required to buy). When you do, we record your phone number, the time, your IP address and the consent wording you agreed to, and share your phone number and email with Klaviyo, our SMS provider, to deliver those messages. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Text Messaging (SMS/RCS)

Massive Attitude Text Alerts is the Massive Attitude text messaging program. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers such as Klaviyo and Infobip that deliver the messages on our behalf.
